Everyone should be drinking half of their body weight in ounces per day. For example, a 150 lb. individual should be drinking 75 ounces of water each day. Dehydration is a pervasive problem in our society. Water is responsible for the transport of nutrients, oxygen, and waste products, as well as for regulating your body temperature and serving as the medium in which all of your body’s chemical reactions take place. Most people do not drink enough pure clean water. Drink up!
